The Automatic Radar Plotting Aids (ARPA) course is designed to provide mariners with the knowledge, skills and ability to operate commercial marines ARPA units and to recertify their USCG Radar Endoresements. Upon completion, studes will be able to convert ARPA display data into useful and timely information. |
